Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of projects and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include team leadership, resource planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring. The Manager will play a key role in strategy implementation, production, and maintaining safety and quality standards across all operations. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and oversee a diverse team
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning and resource allocation
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards in manufacturing
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with relevant technical or machinery-related knowledge (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Past experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
