Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager role based in Bengaluru North. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production workflows, quality control, and on-time delivery of projects. Core responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing budgets, supervising staff, addressing operational challenges, and aligning processes with organizational goals. The Manager will also focus on enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in operational and production processes related to manufacturing sheet-metal fabricated products, including experience with quality control and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address daily operational challenges and optimize processes effectively.
- Ability to efficiently manage budgets, resources, and timelines for multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred, with knowledge of industries like power, instrumentation, or communication being an advantage.
