Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as Manager at MIT School of Distance Education, based in Mumbai. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth execution of academic and administrative processes, and lead a team to achieve organizational goals effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, strategizing to enhance performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring adherence to institutional policies and standards. Additionally, the Manager will foster a collaborative work environment and engage with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and growth.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience, with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of distance education or experience in the education sector is a plus
