Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Chennai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing the distribution process. Key responsibilities also include team leadership, strategic planning, maintaining supplier and client relationships, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE - Relevant experience in the pharma industry.
- Leadership and team management skills, including motivating and mentoring staff
- Strong organizational, time management, and strategic planning abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or experience in the pharmaceutical distribution sector is an advantage
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address operational challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 40k-50k monthly compensation will be provided.
