Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the organization. Responsibilities include planning and executing strategies, tracking team performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to students. The Manager will also contribute to process improvements and uphold the company's mission of providing exceptional support to students pursuing global education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including team supervision and strategic planning
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective client and team interactions
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa application processes is a plus
- Experience in customer service or consultancy roles, preferably in the education sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software to streamline operations
