Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in New Delhi. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, manage project schedules, and ensure timely and quality project execution. Responsibilities include team leadership, managing client relationships, developing and monitoring project plans, and reporting progress to stakeholders. The role also involves facilitating resource allocation and maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience with project management, scheduling, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and team collaboration
