We are seeking a highly competent professional with expertise in Quality Control investigations and pharmaceutical laboratory operations.
Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting site quality investigations related to OOS, OOT, deviations, market complaints, and other non-conformities, while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and internal quality systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing for sterile and oral solid dosage forms
- Good understanding of laboratory practices and QC instruments with troubleshooting expertise
- Experience in handling and investigating non-conformities
- Proficiency in RCA, CAPA, and investigation documentation/review
- Good understanding of GLP, GMP, GDP, and overall GxP compliance
- Working knowledge of Veeva Vault, eDMS, SAP
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and support investigations for quality events across the site
- Collaborate with CFTs and operational teams to identify root cause and define CAPA
- Provide investigation-related support during regulatory, vendor, third-party, and customer audits
- Support investigation teams across sites for audit readiness and response activities
