Responsible for
planning, leading, and controlling departmental activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, achievement of business objectives, operational efficiency, and team development. The role acts as a
bridge between senior management and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Management
- Plan and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the assigned department
- Ensure timely achievement of production, quality, sales, or project targets
- Optimize resources (manpower, machines, materials, methods)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
