🚨 Leadership Hiring – Manager (Employee Transportation Services - ETS) 🚨
An organization in the mobility and corporate transportation space is looking for an experienced professional to build and scale Employee Transportation Services (ETS).
📍 Position: Manager – Employee Transportation Services (ETS)
📍 Location: Delhi (Corporate Office)
📍 Experience Required: 10–15 Years (Minimum 5–10 years in ETS operations)
📍 Employment Type: Full Time
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for setting up, operationalizing, and scaling Employee Transportation Services (ETS) while driving business growth, operational excellence, and safety compliance.
The role requires deep domain expertise in corporate employee mobility, vendor ecosystem management, routing operations, and SLA-driven service delivery. The position will also collaborate closely with the Car Rental division to leverage existing infrastructure and relationships for expanding employee mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
• Develop and execute a focused NCR growth strategy targeting Tech Parks, Industrial Clusters, and GCC hubs.
• Lead participation in RFPs/RFQs with route-level costing, pricing discipline, and margin validation.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities such as extra shifts, weekend operations, and multi-location expansions.
• Ensure system-led execution to prevent revenue leakage.
🔹 P&L & Margin Governance
• Own end-to-end account profitability and margin discipline.
• Monitor route-level contribution, bid pricing governance, and cost drivers such as hired fleet and fuel.
• Drive financial discipline through monthly account-level P&L reviews.
🔹 Operational Excellence & SLA Leadership
• Ensure >99% on-time performance and zero critical service failures.
• Maintain real-time shift monitoring, client MIS reporting, and digital duty validation.
• Ensure escalation resolution within defined timelines.
🔹 Supplier Ecosystem & Capacity Building
• Build and manage a stable fleet vendor ecosystem across NCR.
• Onboard and develop quality fleet partners aligned with operational standards.
🔹 Safety & Compliance Governance
• Ensure strict safety protocols and statutory compliance including female safety protocols and GPS-enabled vehicles.
• Conduct structured monthly compliance audits and maintain operational governance.
🔹 Client Governance & Retention
• Manage structured client engagement through weekly operations calls, MIS reporting, QBR participation, and SLA performance reviews.
🔹 Team Leadership
• Lead and manage ETS coordinators and operations teams.
• Build a data-driven operational culture with strong execution discipline and accountability.
Leadership Competencies
• Strong P&L orientation and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to scale transportation business units while maintaining profitability
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, routing technology, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in managing both Sales and Operations functions
• Excellent client relationship management and business development capabilities
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Business) preferred
• 10–15 years of experience in mobility / corporate transport industry
• 5–10 years of leadership experience in Employee Transportation Services (24x7 operations preferred)
