Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure collaboration across departments. Responsibilities include resource planning, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring high-quality output. The Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency, meeting project deadlines, and fostering professional development within the team.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including conflict resolution and mentoring
- Strategic planning and resource allocation capabilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in managing processes and ensuring operational efficiency
- Experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
