I'm currently hiring for an exciting opportunity with a premium craft spirits company based in Meghalaya.
Role: Manager – Distillation & Product Development
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Meghalaya
We're looking for professionals with experience in:
- Craft Distillation / Pot Still Operations
- Gin, Whisky, Rum or Vodka Production
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Recipe Development
- Spirit Blending & Sensory Evaluation
- Production Operations
- HACCP, GMP & Excise Compliance
