Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager position based in Ranchi. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure the seamless execution of business strategies. Responsibilities include planning and implementing business initiatives, improving operational efficiency, analyzing reports, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the Manager will liaise with stakeholders, provide leadership to cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results in alignment with Havells' values and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities
- Proficient in operational planning, strategic thinking, and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in project management and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with the electrical or FMEG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site work environment in Ranchi
