Manager- Marketing & Outreach
About the Role
The Manager – Marketing & Outreach will be responsible for driving GREMI’s outreach, brand visibility, and lead generation initiatives. The role combines strategic marketing, institutional outreach, partnership development, and campaign execution to strengthen GREMI’s positioning in the higher education and built-environment ecosystem.
The incumbent will work closely with admissions, academics, industry partners, and external agencies to build awareness, generate quality leads, enhance engagement, and support institutional growth objectives. The role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in marketing, outreach strategy, campaign management, partnerships, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Institutional Engagement
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to strengthen GREMI’s visibility among students, corporates, industry bodies, and academic institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, industry associations, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate institutional visits, presentations, networking engagements, and outreach initiatives.
- Support collaborations with industry stakeholders for events, partnerships, and brand-building activities.
2. Brand Communication & Content Management
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all digital and offline channels.
- Oversee creation of marketing content including social media creatives, brochures, presentations, videos, newsletters, and website content.
- Coordinate communication strategies aligned with institutional objectives and target audiences.
- Support thought leadership initiatives through content, campaigns, webinars, and industry engagement.
3. Admissions Marketing Support
- Work closely with admissions teams to support student recruitment and enrollment goals.
- Design targeted campaigns to strengthen the admissions funnel and improve lead quality.
- Assist in outreach initiatives including seminars, webinars, fairs, and engagement programs.
- Track lead flow and campaign effectiveness to improve conversion outcomes.
4. Events & Industry Engagement
- Coordinate and promote institutional events including conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, and panel discussions.
- Support execution of industry-facing initiatives that enhance GREMI’s visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders for co-branded initiatives and outreach activities.
5. Website & Digital Coordination
- Coordinate with the appointed digital marketing agency for website updates, SEO initiatives, and online campaign execution.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment between internal teams and external digital partners.
- Monitor digital engagement trends and share inputs for improving online visibility and outreach effectiveness.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance and outreach effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing and outreach performance.
7. Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, digital vendors, and freelancers.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, content deliverables, and marketing initiatives.
- Support budget tracking and effective utilization of marketing resources.

Qualification & Experience
MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
The candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing, outreach, branding, communications, or institutional marketing. Experience in higher education, real estate, professional services, or allied sectors will be preferred.
Hands-on experience in digital campaigns, outreach initiatives, social media management, and stakeholder coordination is essential.
