Job purpose: Smooth & hassle free operations and proper systems in the organization
HR
➢ Responsible for ensuring the policies are in compliance with the Indian law
➢ Create and implement the employee staff rules and regulations (policies)
➢ Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing candidates in job portals, conducting initial assessments and interviews, finalizing compensation.
➢ Issuing offer letters and after probation review and issuing appointment letters.
➢ Induction and Orientation of new employees
➢ Establish and monitor operational performance standards in compliance with company policy, procedure and guidelines and maintain accepted and proper administrative operations.
➢ Training need analysis and arranging training programs.
➢ Attendance and leave management. Defining the various types of leaves. Tracking of employees leave information
➢ Compensation and benefits
➢ Calculation for Salary, Bonus, conveyance, Travel claims etc.,
➢ Performance Appraisal – Preparation of evaluation forms and conducting interviews. Compiling appraisal data and its presentation to the management for final decision. Executing final decision by preparing the appraisal letters.
➢ Taking care of Employee’s data base. Maintaining personnel files
➢ Maintaining Statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PT etc remittance and returns
➢ Re-leaving formalities like issuing experience certificate and Full & Final settlements.
➢ Taking care of employee insurance.
