Role Description This is a full-time remote Manager role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring team performance, and supporting strategic business goals. The Manager will coordinate workflows, monitor key metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. The role includes supervising and coaching team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused work environment. The Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental activities with company objectives, manage reporting, and support initiatives that strengthen client relationships and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and coaching.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to oversee multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Customer-centric mindset and experience in building and maintaining trusted client relationships, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms; ability to manage and support a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role; experience in insurance or related industries is an advantage.
