The — Middle Mile Operations role is responsible for owning and scaling ElasticRun’s Regional middle mile network. This leader will drive all transport coordination and solutions design — covering line-haul, inter-city movement, hub-and-spoke operations, sortation, and the full ecosystem of carrier and 3PL partnerships that power ElasticRun’s fulfillment backbone. This is a P&L role that demands a blend of network strategy, transport solutions expertise, operational execution, and the ability to coordinate complex multi-modal logistics at scale. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and strong operator who can simultaneously optimise cost per shipment, transit SLAs, and network reliability while building a future-ready middle mile infrastructure across 100+ cities.
