Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day real estate consulting operations, managing a team of consultants, analyzing market trends, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The role also includes developing strategies to meet performance targets, coordinating with clients to understand their unique needs, and presenting personalized property solutions. Additionally, the Manager will handle process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in market trend analysis and pricing evaluation
- Proficiency in client relationship management and consultation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using real estate management and analytics tools is a plus
- Experience in the real estate sector or customer-focused industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required
