BioNEST DMIHER Center stands as a premier bioincubator in central India, specializing in supporting startups in biotechnology, Medtech, and bio-pharma. The center features state-of-the-art facilities, including NABL-certified laboratories, a Central Research Lab, and a clinical environment within a NABH-accredited 2500+ bed hospital. In addition to offering advanced simulation labs and pre-clinical testing services, BioNEST DMIHER also facilitates clinical trials via the ICMR INTENT network, providing a robust ecosystem for innovation and development.
Role Description
The Incubation Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the BioNEST DMIHER incubator, ensuring its smooth functioning. Key responsibilities include supporting startups with mentorship, funding opportunities, and networking, coordinating access to research labs and clinical trial resources, and organizing workshops and events to aid business development. The role also involves fostering collaborations between startups, industry experts, and academia. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Wardha.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, Startup Mentorship, and Business Development
- Experience in Biotechnology, Medtech, Bio-Pharma, or related disciplines
- Skills in Networking, Partnership Building, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s or higher preferred)
- Previous experience in managing incubators, accelerators, or innovation programs is highly desirable
