Job details:
To supervise and manage IMFL/Bottling production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, statutory compliance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily bottling production operations.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime.
- Monitor line efficiency, OEE, yield, wastage, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, FSSAI, Excise, and Safety requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material consumption.
- Lead shift manpower and contractor workforce effectively.
- Ensure proper documentation, production reports, and batch records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
- Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Chemical/Food) or Diploma in relevant discipline.
