Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Support
● Drive corporate-level sales strategy in collaboration with regional and channel teams.
● Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and support action plans to achieve targets.
● Develop and implement business development initiatives focused on expanding partnerships and maximizing revenue.
● Define sales targets for channels, zones, or partners based on historical data, capacity, and opportunity. ● Collaborate with regional sales heads to align planning with field realities and ensure execution.
2. Partner Relationship Management
● Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key partners (banks, brokers, corporate agents, etc.). ● Liaise with senior officials and decision-makers in partner organizations to secure favorable business terms and long-term engagement.
● Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations, ensuring mutual value creation.
3. Business Analysis & Reporting
● Analyze sales data, partner performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
● Track and report on KPIs related to partner-driven sales performance.
● Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and business reviews for internal stakeholders and partners. ● Present strategic updates and partner health reports to the leadership team.
4. Sales Enablement & Operational Support
● Work closely with sales teams to develop and roll out sales tools, training, and communication frameworks.
● Streamline internal processes that support partner onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution.
● Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, operations, and legal teams to support sales goals.
● Handle and resolve complex queries from sales teams and partner entities promptly and efficiently.
5. Strategic Projects
● Lead or support corporate initiatives related to new partnerships, digital channel development, or process automation.
● Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and business review cycles with a focus on partner-driven growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● 6–8 years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, or business development in the insurance or financial services industry.
● Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels, especially B2B.
● Proven track record in managing high-value relationships and closing complex deals.
● Team handling will be an added advantage.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales analytics platforms.
● Ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams.
Eligibility:
1. 6-8 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
2. Any Bachelor’s/ Masters degree
