Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager at Adani Power, located in Korba. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing plant performance and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data, planning and supervising maintenance activities, and executing strategies aimed at achieving organizational goals. The Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high operational standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in operations management and project planning
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the energy sector
- Ability to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Engineering degree (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in thermal power plant operations or similar industrial environments
