Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager / Assistant Manager in the Training & Placement Department, based in Raipur. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining partnerships with industry leaders, organizing placement drives, providing career counseling to students, and coordinating training programs for skill development. The role also involves tracking and reporting placement outcomes, assisting with resume preparation, and mentoring students to enhance their employability.
Qualifications
- Experience in building partnerships with industry professionals and organizations for placement opportunities
- Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and time management
- Ability to coordinate training initiatives and provide career counseling to students
- Proven skills in event planning, problem-solving, and strategic planning related to placements
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and generating placement reports
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
- Experience in the education sector, especially in training and placements, is a strong advantage
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
