Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager / Associate Manager – Channel Partner Program to drive the growth and performance of Unolo’s channel partner ecosystem.
This role will focus on partner onboarding, enablement, program execution, and partner-driven revenue growth. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partners are empowered to successfully sell and implement Unolo’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
- Conduct product training, sales enablement sessions, and partner workshops.
- Provide partners with tools, pitch decks, and product resources to drive sales.
- Ensure adherence to partner program guidelines, processes, and performance metrics.
Partner Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Work with partners to generate qualified sales pipelines.
- Track and manage partner opportunities using Zoho CRM.
- Support partners in deal closures and GTM strategies.
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for partner-related queries and support.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins and performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships to ensure long-term partner success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align partner strategies.
- Support partner marketing initiatives, webinars, and joint campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to resolve partner issues and improve partner experience.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track partner performance including pipeline, revenue contribution, and conversion rates.
- Maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho CRM and Excel.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve partner performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in channel partner management, channel sales, or partner operations (preferably in SaaS or technology companies).
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical skills and experience in pipeline and partner performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or partner ecosystem management.
- Understanding of channel-led GTM strategies and partner revenue models.
