Job Summary:
The Manager/ Assistant Manager - Corporate Relations (Finance Domain) will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with organizations in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, Consulting, Investment Banking, NBFC, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance sectors. The role focuses on securing internship and final placement opportunities for MBA/PGDM students while strengthening industry partnerships and enhancing the institution's employer network.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Relations
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders across the Finance, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, Consulting and related sectors.
· Identify and onboard new recruiters to expand the institution's corporate network for internships and final placements.
· Build long-term strategic partnerships with organizations to create sustainable hiring opportunities.
· Conduct regular corporate visits, networking meetings and industry engagement activities to strengthen employer relationships.
· Represent the institution at corporate events, HR conclaves, career fairs, industry conferences and networking forums.
Internship & Placements
· Generate quality internship and final placement opportunities for Finance students.
· Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, job description validation, student sourcing and shortlisting, assessment and interview coordination, offer management and pre-joining/onboarding support to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
· Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both recruiters and students.
· Achieve departmental placement targets in terms of recruiter engagement, student placements, internship conversions and compensation packages.
Employer Engagement
· Plan, coordinate and execute employer engagement initiatives, including Campus Recruitment Drives, Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), Guest Lectures, Industry Interaction Sessions, Finance Leadership Talks, Alumni Connect Programs, and Corporate Networking Events to strengthen industry-academia partnerships.
· Strengthen relationships with existing recruiters while identifying opportunities to collaborate with new organizations.
· Gather regular employer feedback to enhance student employability and align academic offerings with industry expectations.
· Promote the institution's brand among corporate partners through consistent engagement and value-driven collaborations.

Required Qualifications
· MBA/PGDM (Finance, Marketing, HR or equivalent)
· 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Campus Placements, Recruitment or Business Development.
· Experience working with financial educational institutions or BFSI organizations is preferred.
