Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development
(Colour & Additive Masterbatches / Compounds)
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Compensation: As per industry standards, based on experience and exposure in selling Masterbatches
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Polymer Technology, or CIPET
• Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Colour & Additive Masterbatches / Compounds
• Proven track record in Sales and Business Development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English
• Ability to onboard customers for Colour & Additive Masterbatches and develop designated products
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle sales and business development activities
• Manage local warehouse sales
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide timely customer support for trials and developments
• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and supply positions
• Stay engaged in professional and technical development related to Polymer and Plastic processes and applications
• Travel across India for business activities
