Campus Walkin is expanding its ODL (Open & Distance Learning) vertical and we are looking for experienced sales leaders who can drive revenue and lead high-performing counselling teams in the education sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue and achieve monthly sales targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales / counselling teams
• Monitor team performance and conversion metrics
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue growth
• Ensure high-quality counselling and a positive student experience
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in ODL / EdTech / Online program sales preferred
✔ Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
✔ Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership
