Summary:
· This person will own and scale Movate’s digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, accelerate demand generation, and support revenue growth. This role requires a strong mix of strategy, execution, analytics, content-led growth, paid media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, ABM, and AI-enabled marketing operations.
· In addition, this role requires a solid understanding of website ecosystems (especially WordPress), CMS platforms, and web/server architecture to ensure optimal website performance, scalability, security, and conversion effectiveness.
· The ideal candidate should have proven experience in marketing IT services, digital transformation, customer experience, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions to global B2B audiences.
· Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of a wide range of marketing technologies and platforms across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, paid media, SEO, ABM, content management, campaign management, events, and collaboration tools. In Marketing Automation & CRM, experience with Pardot / Account Engagement, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential for managing lead lifecycles, nurturing programs, and sales alignment.
· For Analytics & Reporting, candidates should be proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau to track campaign performance, analyze marketing attribution, and derive actionable insights.
· In Paid Media & SEO Tools, hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog is required to manage search marketing, paid campaigns, and organic visibility optimization.
· Familiarity with ABM / Intent / Demand Generation Platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Bombora, and RollWorks is important for account-based marketing strategies, intent data usage, and targeted pipeline development.
· Candidates should also have experience with Website / CMS / Landing Page Tools including WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, Unbounce, and Instapage for managing website content, campaign landing pages, and conversion optimization.
· Experience with Webinar / Event Platforms such as ON24, Zoom Webinars, GoTo Webinar, and Microsoft Teams Events is important for running digital events, webinars, and virtual demand generation programs.
· Candidates should also be comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, campaign effectiveness, and content performance. Preferred experience includes using Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, HubSpot AI tools, Salesforce Einstein, and 6sense AI capabilities to support content creation, campaign optimization, SEO enhancement, data analysis, automation, and AI-driven marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
· Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
· Build integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to support lead generation and brand awareness.
· Develop digital plans for key service lines, target industries, geographies, and strategic accounts.
· Partner with sales, solutions, analyst relations, and content teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
· Drive qualified pipeline through multi-channel demand generation programs.
· Develop and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for named accounts and buying groups.
· Own campaign planning across email, paid search, display, retargeting, social, webinars, syndication, landing pages, and nurture flows.
· Improve MQL to SQL conversion through better targeting, personalization, and marketing automation.
Performance Marketing
· Lead global paid digital programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic/display, remarketing, and third-party platforms.
· Optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel velocity.
· Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends based on performance and business impact.
· Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, offers, and CTAs.
Website & Web Infrastructure Management
· WordPress (mandatory), Webflow, Drupal, Unbounce, Instapage
· Strong expertise in WordPress plugins, themes, performance optimization, and integrations
· Work with IT/dev teams on website hosting, uptime, and performance
· Manage and optimize environments across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
· Ensure effective use of CDN, caching, DNS, SSL, and security frameworks
· Understand and collaborate on web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS)
· Oversee website tracking architecture including tags, pixels, APIs, and server-side tracking
SEO, Website & Content Growth
· Own SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, backlink support, and organic growth.
· Work with web teams to improve website experience, conversion performance, user journeys, and content discoverability.
· Collaborate with content teams to create high-performing assets such as blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, solution pages, and thought leadership content.
· Ensure content supports search intent, buyer stages, and campaign goals.
Analytics & Reporting
· Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance, attribution, pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI.
· Translate digital metrics into actionable business insights for leadership and sales stakeholders.
· Use data to refine audience strategy, messaging, channels, and spend allocation.
· Track competitor benchmarks, digital trends, and market opportunities.
Brand & Thought Leadership
· Strengthen Movate’s digital brand presence across web, search, social, and third-party platforms.
· Support executive profiling, employer brand visibility, and solution-led thought leadership initiatives.
· Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and brand identity across digital touchpoints
Must-Have Skills
Core Marketing Competencies
· Strong experience in B2B digital marketing for IT services / technology services / enterprise solutions
· Website and web infrastructure experience, expertise in WordPress websites.
· Proven success in demand generation, pipeline creation, and digital campaign management
· Expertise in ABM, lead generation, nurture programs, and funnel optimization
· Deep understanding of global B2B buyer journeys, especially for enterprise and mid-market segments
· Strong experience in SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, and website conversion optimization
· Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead lifecycle management
· Strong campaign analytics, attribution, and reporting skills

· Experience in B2B IT services, managed services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI/analytics, or customer experience services
· Exposure to analyst-led campaigns, partner marketing, and co-marketing programs
· Experience running campaigns in North America.
· Understanding of intent data platforms and buyer intent signals

· Knowledge of video marketing, webinar strategy, and content syndication
· Experience with reputation management, executive branding, and organic social growth
· Exposure to revenue marketing, multi-touch attribution, and pipeline forecasting

AI Use Cases Expected in Role

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
· MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
· 10+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, with significant exposure to B2B IT services
· Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Marketing, or SEO tools are preferred
Preferred Experience Profile
· 10+ years in digital marketing with at least 4–6 years in a hands-on role
· Strong background in enterprise B2B services marketing
· Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and improving digital ROI
· Experience working with sales teams, regional stakeholders, and external agencies
· Ability to build scalable demand generation engines for complex service portfolios
· Account engagement for ABM campaigns
