Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales (Raxa), based in New Delhi. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales operations and executing business plans effectively while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and providing timely support to meet sales targets. The role will involve collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- With Proven Sales Experience in Electronic Security Systems, CCTV Solutions is a must.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning for strategizing and forecasting sales activities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales Operations, with the ability to manage processes effectively and achieve targets
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering.
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role; prior experience in infrastructure or aviation sectors is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and effectively adapt to a dynamic work environment
