Job Summary
As the Manager of AI Services, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise grade‑ solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and multi agentic AI systems leveraging COT's applications. You will guide Product Owners, Scrum Masters, SDETs, and Software Engineers in building scalable, compliant, and secure AI driven‑ applications that streamline business workflows and unlock new operational capabilities.
In this role, you will drive the full end-to-end‑ lifecycle of AI solution delivery — from use case, discovery, and architecture, through development, testing, deployment, telemetry, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineering partners, legal, compliance, Information Security, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI and ensure alignment with governance, risk, and ethical AI frameworks.
You will champion modern engineering excellence through Agile, DevOps, Microservices Architecture, reusable components, model type selection (ML vs. generative vs. agentic systems), and data‑driven decision making.

Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.
Skills And Background You’ll Need
Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years of IT experience, including 3+ years managing engineering or product delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and Copilot Studio, including agentic workflows, orchestration, connectors, actions, and generative capabilities.
- Handson or ‑leadership level‑ experience with AI/ML, generative/LLM systems, AI/ML platforms such as Databricks, and choosing appropriate model types for business use cases.
- Experience managing and owning end-to-end delivery to include requirements, architecture, sprint planning, execution, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and using DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering tooling.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally‑ with product, architecture, data science, security, legal, and business leadership.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), integration patterns, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Experience delivering enterprise scale‑ generative/agentic AI solutions in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks for Responsible AI, data privacy, and risk management.
- Certifications in Azure, Power Platform, Agile, or AI are strongly preferred. Or similar platforms.
