Mission
Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Success Advanced Support Expert for Greater India & EAJ region.
The role focuses on delivering advanced technical support across Energy Automation portfolio, ensuring customers maximize value, reliability, and performance from Schneider Electric solutions. The expert acts as a trusted advisor across pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical support for pre-sales (product selection, application design) and post-sales (installation, troubleshooting, complaints).
- Understand, evaluate, and reproduce customer issues in lab to identify root causes and deliver validated solutions.
- Support protection, control, and automation systems including MV relays and feeder automation.
- Create, maintain, and enhance knowledge base articles within Schneider repositories.
- Deliver structured technical trainings to internal teams and customers.
- Perform onsite intervention for critical and escalated issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Product teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Core Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience on Projects, Services, Installation and commissioning & troubleshooting of Digital Power products.
- Hardware Competency- MV Relays—Micom, Vamp, Sepam, Easergy P3, Easergy P5, C264, Easergy T300, Easergy T200, Saitel 2000, FPI’s, Feeder Automation Product range
- Software – PACIS(EPAS)
- Understanding of various Network/Data Communication such as Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU, Profibus , CAN open, RSTP, IEC61850 etc
- IT Platforms: Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows7, Windows 10
- Tools: Modscan, Wireshark, CET850
- Hands-on experience and wide understanding of Schneider Electric products, solutions and engineering concepts would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written) and ability to interact with global customers.
- Excellent problem solving and data analytical approach.
- Excellent team player.
