Mission
Responsible for delivering advanced technical support for Digital Power solutions across Greater India & EAJ.
Ensures efficient energy monitoring, management, and system reliability while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end resolution of customer technical queries across lifecycle.
- Provide expertise in metering, gateways, and power monitoring systems.
- Diagnose and replicate issues in lab for root cause validation.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
- Deliver training programs to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Provide onsite support for escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
Core Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience on Projects, Services, Installation and commissioning & troubleshooting of Digital Power products.
- Hardware Competency- Basic, Medium & Advanced Metering , Gateways, Ranges of meters IEM3000, PM2000, PM3000,Em4200, PM5000, PM8000, ION7650, Ion9000, ION8650, BCPM, Comx 210, Comx 510, EGX 150, FDM128, FDM 121 , IFE , Smart link SI B, Power Tag
- Software – EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert (PME) , EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation (PSO), EcoStruxure Facility Expert.
- Understanding of various Network/Data Communication such as Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU , Profibus, CAN open, RSTP, IEC61850 etc
- IT Platforms: Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows7, Windows 10
- Tools: Modscan, Wireshark
- Hands-on experience and wide understanding of Schneider Electric products, solutions and engineering concepts would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written) and ability to interact with global customers.
- Excellent problem solving and data analytical approach.
- Excellent team player.
