Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management (VJIM), one of Hyderabad’s leading B-schools with over 33 years of academic excellence, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Manager – Admissions & Outreach.
Through our industry-focused PGDM programmes, we develop responsible, skilled and future-ready business leaders. This role is central to building strong student pipelines and achieving enrolment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor student outreach and admissions activities across target markets
- Build and strengthen partnerships with colleges, coaching centres, education consultants and key influencers
- Manage leads end-to-end across the admissions funnel and drive conversion rates
- Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, education fairs and campus visits
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and publishers to optimise lead generation and campaign performance
- Track outreach metrics, analyse performance and consistently achieve enrolment targets
- Represent VJIM professionally in the market and strengthen the institution’s brand presence
Ideal Profile
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in higher education admissions/outreach (B-school or PGDM experience strongly preferred)
- Strong existing network across colleges, coaching centres and education consultants, especially in Telugu-speaking regions
- Proven track record in student counselling, lead conversion and enrolment delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory along with strong command of English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and other key markets
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment
