Job Title: Manager – Outreach

Role Overview
The Manager – Outreach will be responsible for driving enrolments through outreach and
sales activities, while also ensuring a positive student experience post-admission. The role
will focus on 70% outreach/sales and 30% student experience, requiring a balance between
achieving enrolment targets and supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Sales
• Plan and execute outreach activities, events, and campaigns to drive student
enrolments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, and
other partners in the assigned region.
• Generate leads through on-ground and digital outreach, and convert them into
successful enrolments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrolment targets.
• Track, analyse, and report outreach metrics to optimize performance.
Student Experience
• Act as a bridge between admissions and student success, ensuring smooth onboarding
of enrolled students.
• Support student engagement post-admission by addressing initial queries and guiding
them through processes.
• Collaborate with the Student Success team to track student satisfaction and address
concerns proactively.
• Conduct orientation sessions and regular check-ins with newly enrolled students to
ensure a positive transition.
• Assist in building student communities (WhatsApp groups, peer-to-peer connect,
alumni linkages) to enhance belongingness.
• Collect and report student feedback to continuously improve student experience and
retention.
Key Skills & Attributes
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in outreach, student recruitment, or
admissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both prospects and
enrolled students.
• Ability to empathize and resolve student concerns effectively.
• Comfort in managing both sales KPIs and student satisfaction metrics.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the education sector, student lifecycle, and local market dynamics in
Hyderabad
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in outreach/sales, preferably in the education or edtech
sector.
• Prior exposure to student counselling, student success, or related functions will be an
added advantage.
