Role Description
As Manager: Admissions & Marketing, you will lead end-to-end admissions, from outreach to enrolment, while shaping strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-potential candidates.
This role blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution, making it ideal for someone who understands the evolving higher education landscape and enjoys building meaningful applicant journeys.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Outreach:
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns including webinars, information sessions, open houses, and college fairs.
- Design and manage digital marketing campaigns, including:
- SEO optimisation
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, partner institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
- Create compelling touchpoints across the applicant journey to improve lead nurturing and engagement.
- Represent ISPP at events and forums to strengthen institutional visibility.
Admissions Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute admissions strategies to attract diverse, high-quality applicants
- Analyse trends and improve conversion rates
- Partner with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns
Application & Enrolment Management
- Oversee the full application lifecycle
- Evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and drive admissions decisions
- Implement yield strategies to convert offers into enrolments
Data & Reporting
- Track admissions metrics, trends, and performance
- Use insights to continuously refine strategy
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor admissions team members
- Work closely with academic, financial aid, and student services teams
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in admissions or a related function
- Strong understanding of higher education admissions processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with decision-making ability
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
Compensation
₹10–15 LPA (commensurate with experience)
