Role Description
This is a full-time, on-office role for a Manager - Accounts & Purchase, based in Bengaluru. The Manager will oversee end-to-end accounts management and procurement operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, vendor negotiation, and inventory control. Responsibilities include monitoring financial transactions, preparing reports, creating and maintaining purchase records, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. Collaboration with various stakeholders to manage budgets and streamline procurement processes will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and preparing financial reports.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software tally, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in accounts and purchase management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
