🎯 Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations
📊 Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts
🤝 Manage budgeting processes and assist in strategic planning
📈 Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
🔍 Ensure timely audits and implement corrective actions as needed
👥 Lead a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications and Skills: ·
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. ·
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in diamond/ jewellery/ export manufacturing or a manufacturing setup. ·
- In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, compliance, and taxation. ·
- Proven experience in the consolidation of accounts with international companies. ·
- Expertise in FEMA and transfer pricing. ·
- Strong knowledge of GST returns, TDS returns, personal tax returns, and other Indian tax compliances. ·
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ·
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities. ·
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
