Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Accounts & Finance Head** to manage the company's overall finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, cash flow and team management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
* Manage cash flow, banking operations and bank reconciliations.
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
* Monitor receivables, payables and financial controls.
* Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
* Provide financial insights and support management in business decisions.
* Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
* Proficiency in **Tally / Tally ERP** and MS Excel.
* Excellent financial analysis and MIS reporting skills.
* Experience in audit, budgeting and cash flow management.
* Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in **Fintech/BFSI/Financial Services** will be an added advantage.
