Accounts and Audit- Manager - Mumbai
Job Summary:
A leading financial services company is keen to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and audit. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial closures, Ind AS compliance, and supporting statutory and internal audit processes.

A leading listed lending company that helps individuals and small business owners secure loans for buying, building, or renovating homes, especially in the affordable housing segment. It uses technology to make the loan process quick, simple, and accessible, particularly for first-time homebuyers.
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Designation: Accounts and Audit- Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end accounting and support in finalization and closure of books of accounts
- Oversee bookkeeping processes and ensure effectiveness of internal controls
- Manage routine period close activities including GL scrutiny, journal entries, accruals, provisioning, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, audits, and reviews
- Perform GL account reviews along with monthly, quarterly, and yearly balance sheet and P&L movement analysis
- Prepare Ind AS workings including ECL, EIR, and securitisation
- Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience or working knowledge of Ind AS Hands-on experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes
- Ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Education: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in accounting and finance
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
