Role Description
As the Manager- Accounts (International Consolidation) at Stemz Healthcare, you will oversee the consolidation of financial reports for international operations from multiple entities. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, analyzing variances, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards, and liaising with the internal audit team during reviews. You will also participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support executive decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Must be a CA
- Strong skills in International Accounting Standards, IFRS, and financial consolidation practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with using ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex data and variances.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse geographical teams and maintain compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Prior experience in managing international accounts and consolidations, with a preference for healthcare industry expertise.
