About The Position

The Manager — CSR Programs will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of CSR projects, working closely with corporate partners, field teams, implementation organizations, and internal program teams.

The role requires a professional with strong program management capability and experience working directly with CSR clients, ensuring timely delivery, partner coordination, and outcome-oriented program execution.

Responsibilities

CSR Program Implementation

Manage planning and execution of CSR projects across sectors such as:

• education
• healthcare
• livelihoods
• sustainability
• skilling
• community development
  
  

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with partner expectations.

Monitor program milestones, outputs, and outcomes.

Client & Partner Management

Serve as a key coordination point for CSR clients.

Engage Regularly With

• corporate CSR teams
• foundations
• implementation partners
• field teams
  
  

Provide periodic updates, reports, and program insights to partners.

Program Planning & Coordination

Develop

• program work plans
• implementation schedules
• monitoring frameworks
  
  

Coordinate With Internal Teams Including

• Impact Practice
• Finance
• Communications
• Platform teams
  
  

Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation

Ensure

• timely reporting to CSR partners
• documentation of program progress
• data collection and validation
• impact reporting support
  
  

Prepare presentations, dashboards, and program updates.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in:

• Development Studies /Social Work/Management/Public Policy
  
  

Mandatory Qualification And Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing CSR or development programs
• Experience working directly with CSR clients or corporate partners
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and implementation partners
• Exposure to multi-location program implementation preferred
