🎯 About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – White Labeling to lead and expand our private label operations in the Agrochemical & Bio Products segment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong third-party manufacturing partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining product quality standards, and driving business growth in the white labeling division.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end white labeling operations for agro & bio product portfolio
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable third-party manufacturers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry norms
- Coordinate with production, quality, R&D, and sales teams
- Manage packaging development, branding alignment, and private label strategy
- Monitor production timelines, dispatch schedules, and inventory
- Expand and innovate the private label product range
- Maintain strong vendor and client relationships
🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Agrochemical / Bio Industry (White Labeling preferred)
- Strong knowledge of agro inputs, bio-fertilizers, pesticides, etc.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Understanding of regulatory approvals and compliance procedures
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
