We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Vendor Onboarding & Subscription Sales Manager to rapidly scale and monetize our premium supply partner ecosystem.
Role Overview:
This is a high-impact, dual-responsibility role combining Supply Acquisition and B2B Revenue Generation. Your job is to identify premium event vendors and artists across Delhi-NCR, onboard them onto the LuxeVenue.ai platform, and pitch/sell our annual/premium Subscription Packages (Premium listing, AI lead matching, and verification badges).
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Mapping & Supply Acquisition: Identify, meet, and build relations with top-tier event vendors (Caterers, Decorators, Light & Sound tech companies, Fabricators) and Artists (Anchor, Musicians, Makeup Artists, DJs).
- Subscription Sales Closure: Pitch the commercial value of LuxeVenue.ai premium subscription models to these partners. Drive end-to-end sales closure—from cold pitch to online payment collection.
- Onboarding & Tech Activation: Ensure 100% complete digital onboarding of the vendor/artist (including high-res portfolio uploads, price indexing, and dynamic calendars) on our platform.
- Relationship Management & Retention: Act as the primary growth partner for onboarded vendors, ensuring they utilize the platform effectively to get maximum corporate and luxury event leads.
- Strict Pipeline Reporting: Maintain absolute data transparency. Submit a highly detailed Daily Sales Report (DSR) with uncensored direct numbers of vendors pitched, subscription roadblocks, and daily payment collection metrics.
Who Are We Looking For? (Mandatory Criteria):
- Experience: 2–4 years of hardcore experience in Vendor Onboarding, Marketplace Supply Scaling, or B2B Subscription/SaaS Sales.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in companies like Justdial, WeddingWire, WedMeGood, Zomato (Merchant Onboarding), IndiaMART, or Event Management Agencies is a major plus.
- Excellent Pitching Skills: Ability to explain a digital/tech product to non-tech-savvy vendors and convince them of the ROI of a paid subscription.
- High Field Mobility: Comfortable with extensive local travel across Delhi-NCR to meet premium vendors and artists directly at their offices or studios.
- Startup DNA: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, comfortable with tight daily targets and a fast-paced 6-day work week culture.
