Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager – Training & Sales Process Excellence to drive capability building and process standardization across the Sales team. This role will focus on improving conversions, strengthening sales execution, and building scalable training and process frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run sales training programs across destinations/categories.
- Design and drive sales processes (lead handling, pitching, follow-ups, closures).
- Own onboarding and continuous training to improve ramp-up and productivity.
- Set up and enforce quality control (QC) and sales process adherence.
- Conduct call audits, funnel reviews, and sales coaching.
- Identify gaps in conversion, productivity, and pipeline movement, and drive improvements.
- Work closely with category teams to ensure strong product understanding and better selling
Requirements
- 4–7 years in sales training, sales enablement, or revenue/process excellence roles.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline management.
- Proven experience in improving sales conversions and team productivity.
- Ability to run training, coaching, and performance interventions for sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with focus on data-driven sales improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or high-ticket sales is a plus
