Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute store-level training programs across regions with focus on Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
• Lead the Management Trainee Program to build future leaders
• Conduct training on behavioral skills, customer service, soft skills, and product knowledge
• Develop engaging learning content including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, quizzes, and job aids
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and implement targeted interventions
• Support new store openings through training certification and onboarding
• Drive LMS implementation and digital learning initiatives
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and MIS reporting
• Ensure SOP compliance, audit readiness, and operational training standards across stores
• Partner closely with Operations, HR, and NPD teams for strategic capability building
What We Are Looking For:
• 6–8 years of experience in Training, with minimum 4 years in managerial training
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong MS Office and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with strong planning and execution ability
• High ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities
