Job Summary
Lead the organization’s end-to-end technology strategy and Stack for Digital lending, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, and IT governance while aligning technology with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
· End-to-End Digital Lending Framework
· Lead digital transformation
IT Infrastructure
· Coordinate with tech partners for IT infrastructure-related requirements.
Information Security & Compliance
· Manage cybersecurity, audits, RBI/NHB compliance, ISO 27001, VAPT, DR drills
Digital Transformation
· Implement Digital Products , Digital lending Journeys, LOS/LMS, eKYC, CRM, payment, and other enterprise platforms
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
· Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and business stakeholders
Project Management
· Deliver IT projects on time within budget

Qualifications
Bachelor’s in an IT-related field. MBA preferred.
08–10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Vendor Management for all Tech Services and Applications
· Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle management for all IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, software licensing, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services.
· Evaluate, onboard, negotiate, and manage technology vendors while ensuring SLA compliance and service excellence.
· Manage contracts, renewals, procurement, vendor performance, risk, and regulatory compliance.
Budget Management for IT Initiatives
· Prepare and manage annual IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
· Track IT spending, optimize technology costs, and monitor software licensing, cloud, AMC, and infrastructure expenses.
· Develop business cases and ROI analysis for technology investments.
Application Management for all Tech Services
· Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise applications including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support.
· Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of all business-critical applications.
· Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors for integrations, enhancements, issue resolution, and change management.
Business Analyst
· Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
· Analyze business gaps and operational challenges, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
· Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
· Coordinate with business, technology, and vendors for solution implementation.
· Create UI/UX design-related documents, wireframes, mock-ups, and user journey documentation in coordination with design teams.
· Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
