• International Sourcing & Vendor Development: Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers across Asian markets for engineering goods, components, and medical device inputs. Drive factory-level sourcing strategies and build long-term supplier partnerships while managing risks related to quality, cost, and timelines.
• NPD & Factory Integration: Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support new product development, localization, and scale-up. Ensure seamless sourcing and supplier readiness during product launches and transitions.
• Logistics & Distribution: Oversee domestic and international logistics, including imports, freight management, customs clearance, FTWZ/bonded warehousing, and cold-chain requirements where applicable.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels considering import lead times and demand variability; ensure adherence to FEFO/FIFO practices to minimize expiry and obsolescence risks.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sourcing, manufacturing support, and import operations comply with medical device regulations, ISO standards, CDSCO requirements, and internal SOPs.
• Vendor Management: Lead commercial negotiations with international suppliers and logistics partners on pricing, MOQs, and SLAs. Conduct supplier audits, performance reviews, and corrective actions (remote and on-site).
• Process Improvement: Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks across sourcing, factory integration, and cross-border procurement. Drive initiatives to reduce lead times, optimize costs, and improve service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, with at least 3 years in team management. Strong experience in sourcing from Asian markets, factory-level procurement, and supporting NPD initiatives. Prior exposure to medical devices, IVD, or other regulated healthcare industries is highly preferred.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), WMS, and international trade documentation, including import/export processes, HS codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with supplier ecosystems across Asian markets, global trade terms (FOB, CIF, DDP), factory audits, and managing cross-cultural supplier relationships.
• Behavioral Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional, and fast-paced environments.
What’s on Offer
• High-impact leadership role in a fast-growing, regulated healthcare environment.
