About the Role
We are looking for experienced and dynamic professionals to join our Statutory Audit & IPO Advisory practice. The role offers extensive exposure to listed entity audits, IPO assignments, Ind AS implementation, restated financial statements, due diligence, and regulatory compliances.
The selected candidate will work closely with leadership teams and gain practical exposure in Main Board and SME IPO engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and execution of statutory audits of listed and large corporate entities
Review and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, Schedule III, and Companies Act requirements
Managing audit teams, assignment timelines, and client coordination
Preparation and review of audit documentation, working papers, and deliverables
Handling IPO-related assignments including:
Restated financial statements
Due diligence
ICDR compliance support
Coordination with merchant bankers, legal counsels, registrars, and clients
Assistance in Internal Financial Controls (IFC) reporting
Identifying audit observations, financial reporting gaps, and process improvements
Client relationship management and execution oversight
Desired Skill Set
Strong knowledge of:
Statutory Audit
Ind AS
Schedule III
Companies Act, 2013
Prior exposure to IPO / capital market assignments will be an added advantage
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and drafting skills
Ability to independently manage assignments and teams
