Role Overview:
You will be the architect of our "Raw Material Pipeline." Your goal is to move Loopvion from random pickups to a structured, predictable aggregation model. You will coordinate with large-scale textile manufacturers, industrial associations, and government bodies to ensure Loopvion is the primary destination for Surat’s pre-consumer textile waste.
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
• Industrial Partnership Strategy: Negotiate and MOU with textile mills, factories and garment export houses for total waste management.
• Aggregation Hub Design: Identify and set up micro-collection centers near high-density clusters (like Sachin, Kadidara, Saroli or Pandesara etc.) to reduce EV travel time and costs.
• Waste Characterization: Work with our technical team in Sachin to define "Waste Grades." You will teach our suppliers how to segregate at the source to ensure our recycling yield is 100%.
• Compliance & ESG Reporting: Provide our industrial partners with "Recycling Certificates" and transparency reports, helping them meet their environmental goals while securing our supply.
• Logistics Optimization: Design the daily routes for our EV fleet to ensure maximum volume per kilometer, keeping our carbon footprint at the absolute minimum.
Job Description
Location: Office at Ghod Dod road, Surat & Field Coordination (Industrial Clusters)
Experience: 1+ Years in Industrial Procurement, Waste Management, or Supply Chain.
Education: MBA in Supply Chain / Operations or Environmental Engineering etc.

• The Analytical Brain: Ability to calculate "Cost per Tonne" of collection and optimize the loop for profitability.
• The Ethical Leader: Someone who understands that in the recycling industry, honesty is our biggest asset. You must ensure 100% transparent weighing and billing.
