About the Role
upGrad Enterprise is looking for an experienced Manager – Solutioning (Government Vertical) to drive the design and development of innovative learning and skilling solutions for government and public sector stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in L&D, solutioning, presales, government proposals, and RFPs, along with an understanding of the government skilling ecosystem and emerging technologies.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable learning and skilling solutions for government projects and capacity-building initiatives.
- Develop proposals and respond c\\to government RFPs and EOIs.
- Engage with government bodies, ministries, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and regulatory institutions.
- Develop learning solutions across school education, higher education, technical education, and vocational skilling.
- Integrate AI, GenAI, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies into learning solutions.
- Collaborate with business development, presales, instructional design, and delivery teams.
- Prepare compelling solution presentations and pitch decks for government stakeholders.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, presales, or solutioning, preferably within the government or public sector ecosystem.
- Proven experience in proposal development and government RFP/EOI responses.
- Understanding of NCVET, Sector Skill Councils, NCrF, NEP 2020, AICTE, and UGC frameworks.
- Knowledge of technical education, higher education, and vocational skilling.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with instructional design, learning architecture, and blended learning models will be an advantage.
