We are looking for a dynamic
Manager – Software Engineering IT to lead both
engineering delivery and IT operations in a highly integrated technology environment. This role requires a strong balance of
technical expertise, leadership, and operational excellence, particularly in cloud-based and telecom-integrated systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers and IT professionals
- Drive delivery of scalable, high-performance applications in integrated environments
- Oversee IT infrastructure and cloud architecture across platforms
- Manage and optimize day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system reliability and security
- Work with integrated telecom platforms for communication and automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Compliance, DevOps)
- Ensure adherence to documentation, compliance, and governance standards
- Mentor team members and implement engineering and IT best practices
Qualifications
✅ Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in software engineering within integrated systems
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with telecom/communication platforms like Twilio and ElevenLabs (preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and system integrations
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation is a plus
✅ IT Operations
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations
- Ability to ensure uptime, performance, and security across systems
✅ Leadership
- Proven managerial experience leading engineering and IT teams
- Strong ownership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Communication
- Excellent English communication (written verbal)
- Experience working with global teams
✅ Documentation Compliance
- Experience in compliance-driven environments
- Strong documentation, reporting, and audit readiness skills
🔹 Experience
- 8–14+ years of experience in software engineering / IT
- 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
